Why Join Us?
We are a product-led company where autonomous, mission-based teams drive impact. As
Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master, you'll be at the heart of scaling our organization, ensuring our people and teams can deliver at their best. This is a high-leverage role with direct influence on focus, flow, and culture - working side-by-side with the CPO and shaping how we grow.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master who thrives on creating clarity, structure, and focus in fast-moving product-led environments. You'll be the person ensuring our small, mission-based teams operate within practices, rituals, and frameworks working for them to stay effective while scaling - without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
If you believe that how teams work is just as important as what they build, and you're passionate about enabling collaboration and sustainable growth, this role is for you.
You will work directly with tech leadership and the individual product/mission teams, helping them stay focused on outcomes, align across teams, and continuously improve their ways of working.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic and adaptable to different team cultures.
