Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the successful delivery of projects and features within a growing development team. This role will require you to liaise with internal developers across different time zones (LATAM, Middle East/Armenia, and New Zealand), as well as external agencies and integration partners when necessary. You will manage tasks, ensure prioritization of tasks, oversee bug fixes, pull requests in GitHub, and make sure product roll-outs and launches stay on track. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all teams collaborate effectively and stay aligned on goals while navigating changing timelines and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Task Management
  
  • Coordinate and manage tasks for the development team, ensuring successful delivery of projects and features.
  • Use Linear to allocate tasks to the teams, monitor progress, and ensure prioritization is aligned with business goals.
  • Take plain English requests from members of the extended team (management, product, client support/account management, marketing, etc.) and write task specifications in a way that developers and designers can understand the objective clearly.
  • Liaise with external agencies and integration partners when needed, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of all external components.
  • Send deliverables to the QA team for testing, ensuring that all features are thoroughly reviewed before release.
• Team Oversight & Stakeholder Management
  
  • Serve as a main point of contact for all teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between the development teams in different time zones (LATAM, Middle East/Armenia, and New Zealand).
  • Motivate and guide the development team, ensuring they are focused on the bigger picture and working effectively toward the project's goals.
  • Manage any internal friction or conflicts, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Project Delivery & Issue Resolution
  
  • Oversee the timely delivery of product roll-outs, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to the agreed timelines and milestones.
  • Stay on top of changing timelines and priorities, adapting project plans as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Handle bug fixes, pull requests in GitHub, and ensure that all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor overall project progress, adjusting resources or timelines as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  
  • Ensure that all teams collaborate effectively and stay aligned on project goals.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure they understand project requirements and have the resources needed to succeed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the development and project management workflows.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Skills
  
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong experience in task management and prioritization, especially using Linear or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with handling pull requests and fixes, and working with development teams to ensure smooth software deployment and product roll-outs.
  • Proven ability to manage teams across different time zones and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Experience overseeing product rollouts and launches.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
