Vice President of Operations – Grieco Automotive Group
New England or Florida | Full-Time | $500,000+ Compensation Package
As a vital member of our senior leadership team, the Vice President of Operations will lead the performance and growth strategy for a group of 16 automotive dealerships across five states. The primary mission is to drive profitability, increase sales and service traffic, and deliver exceptional operational performance through strong leadership, process execution, and team development.
Requirements
Your Impact:
- Lead, coach, and develop store General Managers and department heads across all locations.
- Create and execute strategic initiatives to increase revenue in both variable (sales/F&I) and fixed (service/parts) operations.
- Ensure high performance through effective process management, talent development, and consistent KPI monitoring.
- Implement and optimize usage of CDK, CRM systems, and digital retailing tools to streamline operations and customer experience.
- Provide hands-on leadership, regularly traveling to dealership locations across the Northeast and Southeast.
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years in a senior automotive leadership role (GM or higher), ideally with multi-store oversight.
- Possess a track record of delivering strong results in variable and fixed ops.
- Are an experienced coach and leader with the ability to drive performance through others.
- Understand automotive retail software, CRMs, and digital platforms inside and out.
- Are willing to travel frequently and currently reside in Southern New England or South Florida.
