Position Summary:
The Vice President will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of private equity investing, from deal sourcing and execution to portfolio management and exit strategy. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company executives to drive value creation and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead due diligence efforts, including financial modeling, market research, and operational analysis.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and present findings to the investment committee.
• Manage deal execution, including structuring, negotiations, and closing processes.
• Support portfolio companies through strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries, management teams, and industry experts.
• Mentor and oversee junior investment professionals.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting, with a strong focus on the Lower Middle Market.
• Proven track record of deal execution and portfolio management.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
