HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Warehouse Manager oversees efficient operations and coordinates team members' activities to keep workdays smooth and productive. You'll foster relationships with supervisors and employees and ensure everyone complies with safety procedures and company policies. Here's what your day-to-day looks like:
- Training supervisors and employees on proper warehouse and compliance procedures
- Evaluating workloads, delegating assignments, and directing employees
- Conducting introductory and annual performance reviews
- Coordinating with HR and the branch manager to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality service
- Developing and implementing operational procedures
- Reviewing and approving pay
- Covering shifts and positions as needed to uphold productivity
REQUIREMENTS:
We're looking for someone who can lead others and provide constructive guidance to meet performance metrics. If you meet the following, you could be an excellent fit for our business.
- DOT card or ability to obtain one
- Ability to lead by example
- Ability to understand an AX system and train others
- Ability to multi-task and keep up with a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with current routes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid, current driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs.
