As Medical Director, you'll guide clinical excellence while helping shape the future of behavioral health services across the region. Highlights:
• Lead a team of 7 psychiatrists and APRNs across outpatient, residential, and crisis services
• Shape long-term strategy in partnership with executive leadership
• Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with state regulatory standards
• Collaborate with local healthcare systems and community stakeholders
• Consult on complex clinical cases and support crisis response teams

• Up to $265,000 fixed salary and $10,000 relocation

What We're Looking For:
• BC Psychiatrist - Training in Child & Adolescent or Addiction preferred
• 3+ yrs of leadership experience preferred
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Central Vermont
