We are hiring for a dynamic and growing Chinese securities firm with a comprehensive business portfolio covering Asset Management, IBD, FICC, and Brokerage services. Our Hong Kong branch plays a strategic role in our international expansion, and we are now seeking a seasoned professional to join our senior management team as Deputy General Manager (DGM), with a strong focus on Asset Management.

Your new role

• Lead and expand the Asset Management business in Hong Kong, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and strategic planning across all business lines.
• Act as a key liaison with headquarters in Mainland China, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and reporting requirements.
• Manage and mentor teams within the Asset Management division, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive product innovation and regulatory compliance.

主要职责：

• 领导并拓展香港的资产管理业务，重点发展客户关系与业务规模。
• 协助总经理统筹分公司日常运营及战略规划，推动业务发展。
• 作为总部与香港分部之间的关键桥梁，确保战略目标一致并及时汇报。
• 管理并指导资产管理团队，营造高效、专业的工作氛围。
• 与内外部合作伙伴协作，推动产品创新及合规管理。

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Asset Management or related financial services, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong educational background, preferably with a degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Native or fluent Mandarin speaker, with excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in managing teams and reporting to Mainland China headquarters is highly preferred.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Asset Management space will be a significant advantage.
