Description

Investment Analyst required to join a leading international real estate private equity investment platform based in London with a strong track record across Europe and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Investments team throughout the full deal lifecycle, from underwriting through to execution and on-going portfolio/asset management.
• Gain exposure to a diversified portfolio spanning logistics, residential, office, retail and alternative real estate sectors including data centres and living strategies.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations and sensitivity analyses for new and existing investments.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio managers on investment strategy, performance analysis and reporting.
• Assist with financing, recapitalisation and disposition transactions across a pan-European portfolio.
• Conduct market research, asset due diligence and travel to inspect investment opportunities across key markets.

Background & Qualifications

• Degree in finance, real estate, economics, business or related field.
• Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years' experience in real estate private equity or real estate investment banking/advisory.
• Strong analytical, advanced modelling and Excel skills required.
• Seeking analysts with a genuine passion for real estate investing are advantageous.
