Description

Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator supports the Human Resources Department by providing professional, analytical, and technical support to HR-related projects and initiatives including the interpretation and maintenance of HR policies, programs, and procedures. The Coordinator serves as a resource and project coordinator for certain organizational DEI activities, including supporting the implementation of our Gender, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (GEDI) policy. This position also provides confidential executive administrative support to the Vice President, Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

The Coordinator will be problem solver responsible for analysis, routine, and ad hoc reporting to support decision-making for global and US functions of EngenderHealth leadership and senior management for HR and employment-related projects and initiatives; track and implement human resources projects; manage US workflows like recruitment, payroll, benefits enrollment, staff onboarding and offboarding; and provide administrative support as needed for global human resources team.



Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration preferred.
  • Experience developing, implementing and administering new processes and project deliverables.
  • Two to three years of relevant human resources experience.
  • Experience managing time-bound projects.
  • Recruitment experience preferred.
  • Work with human resource information system/database; preferably Sage People and ADP WorkForce Now.
  • aPHR highly desired.
  • A passion for the mission of EngenderHealth.
  • Demonstrated success in effectively working with a diverse group of management and staff including at senior/executive levels.
  • Personal and professional commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent communications skills, including oral, written, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
