Job Description

Job Title: Client Delivery Manager
Summary

Responsible for the service delivered to customer according to SLA:s and KPI:s, focusing on the daily customer operations and team leadership. Assures the delivery team are able to deliver high class service,supervises and supports the delivery team. Ensure clients are receiving a first-class customer service to achieve a very high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Reporting to a Client Vice President
Tasks & Responsibility
Internal
Daily
  • Leads and develop operational services
  • Assures team members has the right training
  • Responsible for various business critical administration e.g. work order issuing, quality, handling communication with customer hiring manager.
  • Monitoring of SLA:s and KPI:s
  • Oversight for management of the VMS functionality
  • Handles requisitions when needed


Monthly
  • Analyzes operational and financial performance indicators and monitors trends to ensure service delivery meets agreed levels.
  • Recruitment of service delivery team members
  • Identifies needs for expansion of existing service delivery technology and development of new technology solutions. Participates with corporate resources in defining requirements, designing functionality, implementing new technology, etc.
  • Participates in operational meetings according to customer governance model
  • Participates in quarterly business reviews


Yearly
  • Service delivery Road mapping
  • Participates yearly strategical meetings
  • Together with the Client Manager/Director makes sure the supplier agreement is updated according to MSA, VMS and processes.
External (to customers/suppliers)
Daily
  • Oversight of supplier management, monitors supplier satisfaction
Monthly
  • Evaluates industry/business trends for potential impact on the organization; identifies key business opportunities and potential threats to the organization.
  • Identifies opportunities for new service offerings and/or extensions of existing service offerings to support continued expansion of the business. Identifies opportunities for new service offerings and/or extensions of existing service offerings to support continued expansion of the business.
Yearly
  • Participates in the development of the annual strategic business plan and budget; monitors progress against business objectives throughout the year.
  • Yearly supplier reviews with top performers

Supervisory duties
Daily
  • Responsible for people management within the delivery team.
  • Lead, train and develop the service delivery team.
  • Allocates team members to accounts, monitors team members capacity
  • Daily SUP meeting with delivery team
Monthly
  • Guides Delivery team regarding SLA:s and KPI:s
  • One to one performance meetings


Qualifications

The following are the minimum qualifications that an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.

Knowledge:
  • Bachelors Degree and 5+ years progressively responsible, related business experience 8+ years progressively responsible, related business experience
  • Must have experience within an MSP program utilizing a VMS
  • Demonstrated success in service delivery and operations management
  • Fluent Danish and English.
