The AVP's primary responsibilities include supervision, development and guidance of the Regional Managers.
They will be responsible for ensuring that the property is operated in an efficient, cost-effective manner while providing high-quality, well-maintained housing for the residents and/or tenants.
In this position, you will oversee and direct a portfolio of construction projects including new construction, renovations, remodeling, and retrofitting efforts.
