JOB TITLE: Analyst, Business Intelligence

Department: Operations, Billable

Reports To: Operations Manager

Summary/Objective:

The Analyst, Business Intelligence will help drive enterprise reporting, analytics, and data visualization initiatives across a fast-paced operational environment. Will focus on leveraging Snowflake data sources and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights through Tableau and Power BI dashboards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Snowflake data source tables for reporting and analytics
• Develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards and visualizations
• Deliver actionable insights to operational and leadership teams
• Support ad hoc analytics and reporting requests
• Define and document business metrics and reporting logic
• Identify gaps between business intent and current reporting structures
• Partner with stakeholders to improve data visibility and decision-making
• Comply with all established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above.

• Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Education / Experience / Credentials

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics
• Experience in operational, customer, or revenue-focused environments
• Experience with data governance and KPI standardization
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Experience working with large datasets and enterprise reporting environments
• Strong SQL and Snowflake experience
• Strong Tableau experience preferred
