The Asset & Liability Management - Assistant Manager role offers an exciting opportunity at a Chinese Bank, specifically within Accounting & Finance. Job Description

• Support the development of asset and liability management (ALM) strategies and target setting, including close coordination with relevant departments to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor market developments, including foreign exchange, interest rates, and broader macroeconomic trends, to support the preparation of ad hoc analyses aimed at enhancing asset-liability structure and FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) policies.
• Assist in the preparation of ALCO materials and asset-liability pricing reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve funding efficiency.
• Provide support on additional ad hoc assignments as required.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) or Asset & Liability Management (ALM).
• Sound understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
