The Assistant Outlets Manager supports the leadership of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel including Prairie Kitchen & Bar (3-meal full service restaurant with bar) and MPLS Market (coffee bar with quick order food and sundries). The Assistant Outlets Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, colleague training, development, and coaching, internal and external communication, and guest experience management.

Qualifications
- A resume is required to be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of F&B experience required
- Previous Supervisor experience required
- Wine/beverage knowledge preferred
- Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
