Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Golf Shop Manager to lead daily retail and operational functions. In this role, you will oversee the pro shop operations, conduct inventory management, and ensure accuracy of the daily tee sheet to support seamless member billing and facility operations.

Essential Responsibilities

Tee Sheet & Billing Administration

Daily Tee Sheet Management: Review, adjust, and finalize the daily tee sheet, ensuring all member and guest rounds, cart utilization, and guest fees are accurately recorded.

Billing Processing: Reconcile daily tee sheets with Point of Sale (POS) and accounting software. Process all daily rounds and charges to member accounts and billing ledgers.

Golf Shop Operations & Merchandising

Shop Appearance: Ensure the golf shop is clean, organized, and stocked. Maintain appealing product displays and ensure all items are clearly priced.

Inventory Control: Develop and execute seasonal buying plans, maintaining an upscale and diverse selection of golf apparel, equipment, and accessories. Manage inventory levels for soft and hard goods. Execute regular physical inventory counts and process new product receipts.

Sales & Service: Greet members and guests, provide top-tier customer service, and assist with selection of apparel and special orders.

Staff Leadership & Event Support

Team Supervision: Coordinate with other departments and golf staff to ensure a high level of member satisfaction. Assist in writing the weekly schedule for golf operations. Foster a culture of hospitality and professionalism.

Event & Tournament Coordination: Assist the Head Golf Professional with the organization of member tournaments, corporate outings, and league play.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in golf operations, country club management, or high-end retail.
• Strong proficiency with golf course POS/tee sheet management systems.
• Attention to detail with experience in daily administrative and billing tasks
