Title: Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and changes, and ensures clear communication with stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in project delivery.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA and business analysts.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Facilitate Agile or Waterfall processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives where applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation of requirements, processes, and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 4+ years) managing projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
