Job Description

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and engage potential clients to expand the company's portfolio.
• Provide expert advice on financial products and services tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance analyses to clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the financial services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Relationship Manager should have:

• A degree in finance, business, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
• Proven expertise in client relationship management within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to meeting client and business objectives.
